INGREDIENTS
- 50 g oats
- 150 g yogurt or milk
- 3 dates finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 –2 tsp orange blossom water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp almonds or walnuts
EQUIPMENT
- Bowl or jar
- Spoon
- Refrigerator
METHOD
- Add the oats, yogurt (or milk), chopped dates, chia seeds, orange blossom water and honey to a bowl or jar.
- Mix well until combined.
- Refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours).
- In the morning, top with nuts and add a few extra drops of orange blossom water if desired.
NOTES
- For a thicker texture, use Greek yogurt.
- For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and maple syrup instead of honey.
- Add fresh fruit on top before serving if you want extra freshness.
