INGREDIENTS
  

  • 50 g oats
  • 150 g yogurt or milk
  • 3 dates finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 –2 tsp orange blossom water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp almonds or walnuts

EQUIPMENT

  • Bowl or jar
  • Spoon
  • Refrigerator

METHOD
 

  1. Add the oats, yogurt (or milk), chopped dates, chia seeds, orange blossom water and honey to a bowl or jar.
  2. Mix well until combined.
  3. Refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours).
  4. In the morning, top with nuts and add a few extra drops of orange blossom water if desired.

NOTES

  • For a thicker texture, use Greek yogurt.
  • For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and maple syrup instead of honey.
  • Add fresh fruit on top before serving if you want extra freshness.
