ALSI SINANAJ
The chef Alsi Sinanaj is dedicated to his passion for creation, combining raw materials with culinary art.
At his first steps he was introduced to Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, but as a spirit that never rests he never stopped evolving. In 2010, Polynesian cuisine entered his life, followed by Japanese, Peruvian, Siamese and Cantonese cuisine. He has worked both as a chef and as a consultant.
His collaboration with chef Heinz Winkler, awarded with 3 Michelin stars, and Chef Tong Chee Hwee (Hakkasan 1 Michelin Star), was a memorable moment of his career, as well as his participation in various gastronomy festivals all over Europe.
He also worked as a personal chef for the famous football player Cristiano Ronaldo, the fashion designer Giorgio Armani the Ferrari Formula One racing driver Charles Leclerc.
He participated in the Greek TV night show “After Dark” for four years with the project “Alsi’s celebrity cooking” by cooking for the show’s famous guests.
Alsi always tries to impart the values of dedication and respect to the team, while he has all the required skills to organise any restaurant from scratch.
