
SUGAR-FREE BANANA CAKE
A healthy banana dessert made with ripe bananas, eggs, flour, and cinnamon. Light, fluffy, and optionally enriched with dark chocolate.

- Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Then add the eggs and oil and mix with a whisk.
- Then add the flour, cinnamon and baking powder and mix again. Don’t mix too much, otherwise it will not become fluffy.
- Place our mixture in a cake mold and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
- Optionally, we can add to our mixture chocolate pieces with 70% cocoa for extra flavor.
