SUGAR-FREE BANANA CAKE

A healthy banana dessert made with ripe bananas, eggs, flour, and cinnamon. Light, fluffy, and optionally enriched with dark chocolate.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 40 g of olive oil
  • 230 g of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 100 g of chocolate with 70% cocoa, optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Fork for mashing bananas
  • Whisk
  • Spatula
  • Cake mold
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Then add the eggs and oil and mix with a whisk.
  2. Then add the flour, cinnamon and baking powder and mix again. Don’t mix too much, otherwise it will not become fluffy.
  3. Place our mixture in a cake mold and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
  4. Optionally, we can add to our mixture chocolate pieces with 70% cocoa for extra flavor.
