From his very first steps in the kitchen, Chef Alsi Sinanaj embraced gastronomy as a language of creation and expression. With Mediterranean and Italian cuisine as his foundation, he quickly evolved into a chef defined by boundless curiosity and a constant pursuit of growth.

His path led him to Polynesian, Japanese, Peruvian, Thai, and Cantonese kitchens, shaping a style that combines technical mastery with artistic creativity. Throughout his career, he has worked both as a head chef and as a culinary consultant, designing restaurant concepts and guiding teams.

Highlights of his journey include collaborations with Heinz Winkler (3 Michelin stars) and Tong Chee Hwee of Hakkasan (1 Michelin star). He has also had the honor of cooking for global personalities such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Giorgio Armani, and Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc as their private chef.

For four seasons he appeared on the Greek late-night TV show After Dark, hosting the “Alsi’s Celebrity Cooking” segment, where he prepared dishes for celebrity guests.
In 2017, he participated in MasterChef Greece as a guest judge, and in 2019 he served as a judge on Hell’s Kitchen Albania.

From 2023 to 2024, he taught as a culinary instructor at IEK DELTA 360 in Thessaloniki, mentoring aspiring chefs through practical workshops and essential cooking techniques.
