- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
STEP 1 | Heat the water to about 43°C
STEP 2 | Mix all ingredients together in the mixer on medium speed for about 5 minutes.
STEP 3 | Make small balls with your hands, οpen them with a forger as thin as you can, and then cook them over medium heat in a non-stick pan.
STEP 4 | Serve the corn tacos with your favourite fillings.
