- 500 g milk chocolate or dark chocolate (65-70% cacao)
- 500 g milk cream
- 100 g peanut butter
- 100 g honey
STEP 1 | Separate the milk cream into two parts of 250 g each.
STEP 2 | Heat 250 grams of cream in a small saucepan. As soon as the cream is heated, mix it with the chocolate, peanut butter and honey. Mix until all the ingredients melt and become a smooth mixture.
STEP 3 | In a bowl, beat the rest of the cream until it becomes whipped.
STEP 4 | With a spatula or spoon, fold the chocolate into the whipped cream, mixing gently.
STEP 5 | As soon as the melted chocolate becomes one with the whipped cream, place it in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours.
STEP 6 | As soon as our mousse is firm, serve it.
