Vaia has been by Alsi’s side as his partner and right hand since 2021, supporting him in every step, creatively and personally. She is the force behind alsisinanaj.com, having designed the website and branding, while curating all recipes, food styling, photography, and editing. At the same time, she writes nutrition articles, sharing her deep knowledge and experience with readers.

She shares with Alsi the same passion for gastronomy and aesthetics, often working together from the spark of a new recipe idea to its final presentation to the world. She is also responsible for marketing, campaigns, and content management, making sure that every detail reflects his vision.

With studies in Architecture, Theater, and Dance, a career in pole dance, and long-standing involvement in fitness and nutrition, Vaia blends art, science, and passion, giving a unique, holistic identity to Alsi’s work.
