A light and healthy twist on the classic mosaic cake made with yogurt, honey, peanut butter, and wholemeal biscuits. No-bake, quick, and perfect for guilt-free indulgence.

- Break the biscuits into small pieces (not crumbs).
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, cocoa, honey, peanut butter, milk (and optional vanilla/liqueur) until smooth and well combined.
- Add the biscuits and any extras into the mixture. Mix thoroughly until everything is coated.
- Place cling film on a counter or into a loaf pan, transfer the mixture and roll into a log shape.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Slice and serve!
