
BANANA CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
Rich, fudgy brownies made with dark chocolate, cocoa, and bananas for natural sweetness. A decadent dessert with an optional twist of milk chocolate.

- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Separate the 5 eggs, the yolks from the whites.
- Place the egg whites together with the sugar in the mixer bowl and beat them with the wire on high speed until they are foamy and white. (Like meringue).
- Put the butter which is at room temperature into the melted chocolate and mix until they become one.
- Then add all the 5 yolks and mix.
- Pour some meringue into the chocolate to make it fluffy and then all the mixture into the meringue, gently folding the meringue into the chocolate with a mariz (silicone spatula).
- Sift in the cocoa and baking powder and fold with the mariz (mix well) gently, adding the 50 grams of milk chocolate in small pieces along with the banana (optional).
- Pour the mixture into a mold with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
- Let it cool for 15 minutes before cutting it.
