Sugar-free banana cake


  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 40 g of olive oil
  • 230 g of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 100 g of chocolate with 70% cocoa, optional


STEP 1 | Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Then add the eggs and oil and mix with a whisk.

STEP 2 | Then add the flour, cinnamon and baking powder and mix again. Don’t mix too much, otherwise it will not become fluffy.

STEP 3 | Place our mixture in a cake mold and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.

STEP 4 | Optionally, we can add to our mixture chocolate pieces with 70% cocoa for extra flavor.
