Method
- Mash the bananas with a fork or in a blender with blades.
- Grate the apple and mix them together with the butter and mashed bananas.
- Beat them in the mixer with a wire for about 3 minutes and add the eggs one by one.
- Slowly add the carob flour together with the cinnamon powder, milk and beat in the mixer for two minutes. Then add the mixture to the cake pan or to a pan with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before unmolding.
