Method
- Cut the bananas into small pieces and place them in the freezer until they are completely frozen.
- Remove the bananas from the freezer and place them in a food processor or mixer bowl. Add the hazelnut butter and vanilla extract, then blend until smooth.
- Using a spatula, transfer the mixture into a silicone container or a metal loaf pan.
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and stir it into the mixture. Mix well and place back in the freezer to set.
