CORN TACOS

Easy homemade corn tacos made with flour, corn flour, and water. Perfect for filling with your favorite meats, veggies, or beans.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup corn flour
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup of water
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Equipment

  • Mixer with dough hook (or mixing bowl + hands)
  • Measuring cups/spoons
  • Non-stick pan or skillet
  • Spatula
  • Serving plate

Method
 

  1. Heat the water to about 43°C
  2. Mix all ingredients together in the mixer on medium speed for about 5 minutes.
  3. Make small balls with your hands, οpen them with a forger as thin as you can, and then cook them over medium heat in a non-stick pan.
  4. Serve the corn tacos with your favorite fillings.
