NOTES

  • In a bowl, combine the rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix very well until everything dissolves completely.
  • Place the vegetables of your choice (e.g., whole mini cucumbers or sliced vegetables) inside a clean glass jar and pour the brine over them until fully covered.
