INGREDIENTS
  

  • 300 g white cabbage finely shredded
  • 1 large carrot grated
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Juice of 1/2 orange
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper optional

METHOD
 

  1. Place the finely shredded cabbage and grated carrot in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, orange juice and olive oil.
  3. Mix well until the dressing becomes smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
  5. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Taste and adjust the salt and optional white pepper.
  7. Chill for 5–10 minutes before serving for a more balanced flavor.

NOTES

  • For extra crunch, avoid overmixing the cabbage.
  • The orange juice adds a subtle freshness that elevates the classic flavor.
  • You can adjust the creaminess by increasing or reducing the yogurt.
